Academic Standards
RBS is committed to maintaining high academic standards. Therefore, no student will be considered to have completed a program successfully who does not achieve a cumulative grade point average of 3.00 or higher. No individual quiz, book review, project, or paper will be accepted that does not achieve a letter grade of C or higher. No final exam will be accepted that does not achieve a letter grade of B- or higher. The grading scale shall be as follows:

Students graduating with a high grade point average (GPA) will qualify for the graduate standing of “honors.” Reformed Baptist Seminary assigns the following honors to students who earn the corresponding GPA:
- Summa Cum Laude (GPA 3.90 and above)
- Magna Cum Laude (GPA between 3.75 and 3.89)
- Cum Laude (GPA between 3.50 and 3.74)
